With millions of fans in PNG alone, Jok-e-ma is regarded as the most ‘popular’ and recognisable music artist in PNG. 

Honlly Isaac, hails from a small village in the Morobe Province in Papua New Guinea.  From humble beginnings Honz has become a much loved musician and celebrity in PNG and embraces his deep cultural connection through his music.  

His sound is regarded as POP Kumul Reggae and he wrote and produced his first 2 local albums Wonder & Sugar Baby. In PNG he is known by his band name JOK-E-MA.

For the past three years Jok-e-ma has retained his spot at the top of the PNG Music Charts. 

With sellout National Tours, Jok-em-a is a much celebrated live performer in the country.  His unique voice stops the nation when he performs the National Anthem for special sporting, VIP and major national events.    He has also performed the PNG anthem and his original songs to over 50,000 people at the Suncorp Stadium for a Broncos game to celebrate PNG Day in Queensland.
 
He has held concerts in remote areas of PNG and people have walked for days to see him perform.

He has written and performed songs for leading PNG Companies and national events and has represented major brands throughout the nation.

He wrote and performed the theme song for the Prime Minister’s Foundation and perfomed a duet with Tina Arena at the Prime Minister’s Charity Gala hosted by Richard Wilkins.

He recently was awarded the theme song for the 2015 Pacific Games which he wrote and composed – We are Heroes.

He offers something raw and unique and we hope PNGs Music Warrior will become as loved globally as he is in his nation
