With his new EP "EXIT" Boris Brejcha continues the success of his first two single releases "Spicy feat. Ginger" and "House Music feat. Arctic Lake". The 3-track EP once again underpins his distinctive musical style, which he himself describes as "high-tech minimal". The lead track "EXIT" is a driving techno track that is bursting with pure dancefloor energy. Paired with futuristic vocal samples, Boris Brejcha once again showcases his signature style.
"The Caravan" impresses with powerful drums, paired with an unprecedented melody in the break, which is enclosed with an energetic and powerful drop.
The track "Cruise Lane" rounds off this EP and sparks desire for his upcoming album Himmelblau, which will be released in winter 2021.

All in pressurized volatility and steel-clad punch, the lead single unfolds a contrasted sequencing, swinging moods and rhythms as the bass-heavy pressure makes itself more menacing with every bar. From a stealth, passive-aggressive early buildup to a fun-loving second half focussing on the epicness of the gated vox chatter and elastic synthwaves, Lampé serves up an absolute treat of a peak-time weapon, zeroed in on submerging dance floors with its powerhouse engineering of uptempo drive and cavernous punch.
In the producer's own admission a track built to ease the raver from a nightly scenario into a sun-drenched setup, 'Pressurized' oscillates "between dark and bright with a hypnotic and easy groove". Percolating a zesty mix of heavy-traction electro swagger and industrial techno gone astray, the track shifts gears with seamless panache, stacking up energy to better fire it back across the room. A choice first transmission that astutely surfs the edge between total club sweep-up and playful 90s-style exhalations.

This was a heavy one to make. The album tells the story of how I went from a corporate job to doing music fulltime - by going through a 2 year long burnout. This track is the part right before the crash, and the crash itself.

The end of the track completely escalates, almost to the part where it's too much to listen to. That's exactly how it felt, you just get overrun completely by stress and pressure - and then everything just snaps.

The vocals are my own voice, and what they say is true. You crash because you can't stop, even though deep down you know you should take a step back. At the end you can hear a scream in the background - that one is real. While making this track I felt so pulled in by the emotions, and it pulled me back to the moment right before the crash. I felt a deep urge to let it all out - and I did.

I'm happy to be fully recovered now, but these times were extremely dark. If you're reading this - please listen to your body and your heart before it's too late. I learned that the hard way.

Golan Zocher joins the gang with two massive new tracks.

It’s with great pleasure that we welcome Golan to the Sprout ranks. Hard to believe it has only been ten years since the prolific artist began his global sonic journey. Since then, he’s amassed an impressive arsenal of weaponry on seminal labels such as Sudbeat, JOOF and Mango Alley. A talented DJ, he’s played from Miami to Malta, soundtracking parties around the world.

Opening with ‘Frequencies’, it’s very easy to see how his silky smooth productions find their way onto the USBs of the great and good. Rolling from bar one, the airy pads and spiky bass create otherworldly images in your mind's eye. Ethereal and hypnotic, the keys midway provide new direction and power.
