Jesse Stern has been playing music most of his life. Born in Corvallis, Oregon, he grew up learning the love of music by listening to his Dad play guitar and his Mom sing. He began his musical education during elementary school, studying classical piano, and then moved onto jazz and classical guitar studies through middle school and high school, further going on to receive a degree in Jazz Guitar Performance from Portland State University. 

After graduating Jesse began to practice different types of yoga and found an especially deep connection with the practices of Ashtanga, Bhakti, and Nada Yoga, the yoga of sound. To further explore Nada Yoga, Jesse relocated to Marin County, California in the spring of 2014 to study classical Indian music at the Ali Akbar College of Music in San Rafael, learning tabla from Pt. Swapan Chaudhuri, and vocal study independent from the college with Smt. Kankana Banerjee.

C. Factor is a rapper/producer/studio engineer from the Eastside suburban area of Cleveland, Ohio.  He is the founder/CEO of the independent Eastwick Records. He also founded Lucky Lefty Productions and is still an avid producer of mainly Hip Hop and R & B.  C. Factor has also been affiliated with T.A.P. Records and No More Pain.   He started on the Cleveland underground scene in late 2000, early 2001, doing mostly open mic and underground shows at The Rhythm Room.  He quickly caught the ear of another underground rapper/promoter Deuce Dirty and the two began working together shortly after.  Soon thereafter, he would begin to build his own record label and learned to produce, record, and mix his own and other underground artists' music.  C. Factor was set to release his solo debut " One Way Street " in 2004 but decided to scrap the whole project in order to start fresh on a new album with more of his own production.  He has worked with some of the most talented artists in the Cleveland underground, namely Deuce Dirty, Proffitt, K. Justice, Poet, Hustla Shock, Kory the Krusher and local producers Big Dus, Phil Paige and Josh Branny to name a few.  C. Factor has also opened for a ton of major label acts that have come to Cleveland such as Tech9ine, Bone Thugs and Harmony, Mike Jones, Paul Wall, Method Mad, Too $hort, Ying Yang Twins, Lloyd Banks and a few more.  He has also done shows overseas in Zadar, Croatia and a couple of shows in Ontario, Canada.  He has had a major hand in production and recording for other underground artists in the Cleveland area.  He produced Proffitt's " Fuck U Pay Me " on his solo debut Conquering My Destiny. C. Factor also recorded and mixed the majority of that album.  He has also worked closely with Deuce Dirty on a number of songs.  K. Justice's solo debut single " Doe Boy" was produced, recorded, and mixed by C. Factor.  He and his Eastwick labelmates went on to record solo efforts as well with heavy production, writing, and vocals from C. Factor.  Killa B's debut album Gone AWOL featured many guest apperances lyrically and production wise by C. Factor.  Hustla Shocks lead single for his debut album " Cleveland Boyz" also got a ton of recognition for not only his abilties as an artist, but as serious breakthrough in production notoriety for C. Factor.  Eastwick still has an unrealeased/unfinished album titled " SettinEWstandarZ" which will be showcased through SoundCloud.  In May 2006 C. Factor released his solo effort " Expect The Unexpected " with the club banger " Swangin Feat. Hustla Shock" as his lead single.  In the summer of 2007 C. Factor, Hustla Shock, and ,Texas native, YungLi formed a rap group that went by C.L.S. and started recording the self-titled album with highly regarded studio engineer M20, the album was never finished and only 4 songs were recorded.  Shortly after, C. Factor decided to put music on hold for a while citing personal reasons.  While he has over 75 plus songs of original material and an estimated 1,000 instrumentals, C. Factor still isn't satisfied and is currently easing his way back into the game as a producer.  While production is the heart and soul of his work, he still has a passion to write.
