Neekoshy’s talents can be heard in the genres of hip hop, reggae, dubstep, dancehall, raggamuffin and jungle. He opened shows for such artists as: Brusco, Zulu’ (99Posse), Macro Marco, Ward 21, Bunna (Africa Unite) & Dj Vale, Raphael & many more. He started his artistic career in the late 90’s writing rhymes and rapping and immediately started collecting reggae vinyls and cds. During High school started to do gigs as a selecta in clubs and parties all around the city.
Neekoshy’s very first songs were released in 2000 when he was part of a band Radio Londra that toured the region of Piemonte for a year. In 2012 he released his first EP with a crew called Torino Bass Culture. The TBC toured around Italy for two years before they split over artistic differences. Neekoshy has just released his first LP called ‘STEP INA DANCEHALL for the independent label BREAK KOAST Records (Spain). The LP is a mix of reggae, hip hop and jungle music. Many international producers took part in this album and Piero Ali Passatore directed and produced the music video ‘MI LOVE MI TINGS’ that was released on youtube by REGGAEDANCEHALL.IT. He sings in patois, even if he has never been in Jamaica he studied the language through the music and particularly through the lyrics of his favourite artists such as Buju Banton, Damien Marley and Capleton. Neekoshy is also a producer, his remix of ‘Gimme The Light’ by Sean Paul has reached international popularity since it has been released (https://soundcloud.com/neekoshy/gimme-the-light-sean-paul) He has taken part in many projects and collaborations around Europe and the globe in Compilations and Riddim releases. Neekoshy has put in work and paid his dues and now is ready for success.

Born in 1982 in Sicily (Italy), Stereochemist was not brought up in a particularly “musical” family but, after discovering the power of music at an early age, the urge to share the positive vibes and energy he felt through music became unstoppable. Djing at house parties, Stereochemist started to get used to reading his listeners and picking the right tunes for each set and vibe.
During his teenage years, with an already growing fascination and passion for music, Stereochemist started hearing his first reggae tunes and, from there on, it was simply Love. Pushed by sheer passion and love for the music and culture originating from Jamaica, Stereochemist has dedicated most of his time in recent years studying the culture and building up his collection with many rarities and with sounds spanning from ska all the way to modern roots and dub.
After receiving wide recognition with his material posted on-line, Stereochemist was soon given the opportunity to perform live in London and has since featured in some of the biggest venues and gigs working alongside artists such as Aba Shanti, Channel One, Dave Barker, Vivian ones, Tippa Irie, Sir Coxsone Outernational, Earl Gateshead, Skarra Mucci, O.B.F. Sound System, Dj David Katz, Tenor Fly, Brother Culture, Vibronics, Gladdy Wax, Newton “Ace” Dunbar, Chris Peckings, Unit 137 and Ramon Judah, Just to mention a few.
Stereochemist also featured on Rototom Sunsplash (Spain) and One Love Festival (UK).
Currently based in London, Stereochemist also collaborates with Rootikal London and Reggaeradio.it
He is an extremely versatile selector who truly loves reggae music and enjoys bringing good vibes to any dance he selects for.

This biography comes from a solo artist by the name Jon Pecos. Born and bred in Westmoreland, Jamaica where on almost every corner there is someone with talent, it goes without saying Jon's musical style is highly influenced from his roots, and has a clear passion for writing, performing and recording Reggae and Dancehall music, along with Hip Hop which developed when he moved to the UK.

Jon has an immense passion for his roots, and although he has no problem putting himself on Hip Hop tunes his heart is in Reggae music, and this is where his focus is.
As the years have passed Jon has performed all over the country, and he always goes down a storm.


As most young youths Jon was always interested in music and after watching how the selectors and mc's worked, he was invited to join Dessert Storm in 1994, and two years later moved on to the sound system Studio Love. Selecting and getting the crowds going with his mc'ing he realised that he had a deeper passion, and began slowly writing a song of his own. His first song, Puff Mi Weed was born and went down well, every dance that was held, people always wanted to hear Jon perform the tune.

Jon left Jamaica for England in 1998, and in 1999 he started working with selector Major Decus, later on that year promoter Belly G held earth strong dance with sound system Stone Love. As it was just a selector by the name of Cancer passing through it was suggested that Jon was given the job of warming up the crowd. Belly G saw what Jon was capable of and put him in touch with sound system Saxon Studio. Two weeks later he was given the chance to show them what he could do, he was then invited to join the movements of the system and met the man behind it all, Musclehead. 
Taking the confidence that he had been given from the sound systems back in Jamaica and his new found inspiration from Saxon Sound he continued to write lyrics. Getting all the studio time he could he soon realised that he had a talent to put his lyrics on almost any track he was given.

In 2007 he met the artist Switch Mc and producer Passion Hifi, and together formed the Hip Hop group Hood Theory. Just months later they found themselves performing at The Bedford River Festival, and after receiving nothing but positive feedback they decided to hit the studio and record more tracks, and filmed a video that was put on YouTube and which has recieved over 48,000 views.

Since then as well as his works with Hood Theory, Jon has continued to rise as a solo artist. Putting his lyrics on tracks and making them his own.

Jon is an unstoppable force with strong passion and love for this music, he was recently told 'Pecos your not an Iron Balloon, one day your gonna bust'.
