Jon has brown, loosely combed hair with a few strands out of place. He wears a light brown suit and a red tie with an image of Garfield on it. As a cartoonist by profession, he usually works at home without his jacket, but when he goes outside he puts on it on.

Personality

Jon is a bachelor who works as a cartoonist. A geeky and clumsy man, Jon is the owner of Garfield and Odie. He converses with Garfield and is often the butt of his jokes. His various attempts at dating invariably end in failure.

Being tormented by others all his life, Jon was filled with a pent-up rage. After receiving his Stand ability, Paperback Writer, Jon went full Elliot and started killing people as a form of revenge against the society that rejected him and his art.

Over the course of the part we see his crimes and murders get progressively worse and worse wether it be his first seen use of his powers by killing Ali Cat, the murder of Binky the Clown, a famous local TV Star or his involvement with the dismantlement of The Horrible Oppressing Tyrants, just to name a few.

“My name is Jon Arbukle, my house is in the Northeast section of Aron city where all the villas are and I am not married. I work as a cartoonist, and I get home every day by 8 pm, at the latest. I don't drink, but I occasionally smoke. I'm in bed by 11pm, and make sure I get 8 hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk, and doing about 20 minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problem sleeping until morning.
