Low Guns Feat. Dave Gahan

First remix I've done of Depeche Mode. I found some acapella stems floating around the interwebs and had fun with them. Definitely a different take on this song, and it's slowed down a bit. If you listen, I'd love to hear what you think.

I had originally started this with the goal that it all be done exclusively with sounds I created from scratch in Massive, one of my heavily used synths. So even the kick, and some of the snare drum are amongst mostly other Massive sounds. I used several samples later on in addition to the vocals, and Granulator with one of the vox samples for the loop in the beginning, but mostly accomplished my goal.

This is one´s made with 2-3 original samples. The rest of the sounds are made on NI instruments, such as, Massive, Battery, Rounds, and others.  Great sounding track imho!

A couple of years ago me and some guys bought the original EMAX disc with Alan Wilders set-up for the "Music for the Masses tour-88". So I made this one for fun, a couple of years ago, using the actual sounds he did play.

I did this one 2 years ago, using the original Alan Wilder EMAX samples: Always loved the track. It´was THE ONE track that got me into both DM and music.

A great track in my opinion. To me it represents all the best parts of what a good DM track`s about.

Always liked that track from Violator. Dark slow with great dynamics.

Another great track from the legendery album Violator.
It was quite a job to, program the bassline for this track, because of the delay. Hope you enjoy it though

Depeche Mode`s Leave In Silence 86-version (Alan Wilder´s Emax setup used)

A personal favourite. Some sounds from Alan Wilder´s EMAX set were used to create this.  For example: The "Oboe" sound in the beginning and in the end is from "Everything Counts". Some of the drums are from Drumulator and one sampled kick from "People Are People" `s used. The hardest part was actually to recreate the "Organsound" that is the mainriff throughout the whole track. I´ve used two organ sounds from NI.  Other instruments used on this track are: NEXUS, MASSIVE, VANGUARD, POLYPLEX (Drums), ROUNDS, JUPITER V2, HALION (Sampler), BATTERY-4.

Depeche Mode`s Ice Machine 84-version (Some sounds from A.W Emax setup were used)

Great track. 
Several sounds were taken from Banks of "Fly on the Windscreen", "Everything Counts", "Leave in Silence", and "Something to do". As I try to create the actual soundscape, I clearly begin to see how Alan really worked with the liveversions. Great fun it is:). Enjoy it!

Party...........................Sounds from banks of "A Question of Lust-93", "Fly on the Windscreen-93", "Something to do-93", were used to create this track. 
Software: Reason, NI Komplete, and different samples.

......Not tonight. The leadsound in this track I built with samples from "Here is the House", along with Alan´s sounds from "A Question of Lust", and "Something toDo" to mention a few.

An obscure track. A really gloomy one. Perfect then!:) Enjoy!
