Diego lives with his family on the Sacred Valley Tribe community in Pisaq (Cusco). We share medicine ceremonies and medicine songs like part of the main practice of healing, connection and celebration within the community.

Hey folks, we are a loving and peaceful band from the Ottawa Valley.  We are called Seeds Of Love, and we aim to bring more peace and love into this world.

  There's Tom, who sings lead vocals and drums, and Pat plays guitar/keyboard and sings backing vocals.  We write, perform, record, and produce our own music.  Since there are only two of us in the band, we sing and play our instruments simultaneously while performing.  For our recordings we perform the song live and then add in an overdub of Pat playing the bass, along with additional guitar and keyboard tracks.

  We have over 40 original songs we have written and recorded in the past year or so, and we are always coming up with new material.  Only some of the songs have been mastered and mixed for release, so stay tuned as Pat finishes up more upcoming releases!  

  Lots of new music on the way, so stay tuned for some groovy new sounds!  Also, stay connected with us to hear about upcoming releases and live events!

Sound of Light is a Sacred Medicine & Music community with a retreat center, based in the Jungle of Costa Rica. We have built a state-of-the-art professional recording studio called Sacred Sound Studios with the intent to support sacred music production.
