One life-altering night in Mainz, Germany, Chris stepped into the world of rave - and never looked back. Since then, he has carved out his own lane in electronic music, earning a global fanbase through both his infectious productions and dynamic DJ performances.

In 2019, he launched his YouTube mix series, which has since racked up over 75 million views and attracted 500k subscribers. His own productions have been supported by industry heavyweights like Diplo, Gorgon City, Adriatique and Carlita, accumulating over 30 million streams. His music is signed to leading labels such as Anjunadeep, Realm Records, [PIAS] and This Never Happened.

Luno’s music has reached festival stages across the world, from Burning Man to Ultra Miami, and he has performed alongside artists like Diplo and Black Coffee. His recent North America headline tour sold out, with performances at venues including Sound (Los Angeles), Elsewhere (New York City), Watergate (Berlin), and the UEFA Champions League Final in Istanbul.

The secret is officially out. An electronic duo from the Southern-most tip of Africa have gone from one of Dance Music’s best kept secrets to an act tipped by industry tastemakers as the band to watch this year.
Their genre-defying mix of live instruments, House beats and searing live performances has seen Goldfish go from impromtu jams at a tiny beach club in Cape Town to headlining Amsterdam’s Olympic Stadium, cracking a top 10 on the US iTunes Dance chart, a residency at Pacha Ibiza with David Guetta and DJ’s like Fedde le Grand knocking at their door to do remix their tracks. It’s almost hard to believe that not very long ago they were just Dom and Dave, two music students who lived a relatively chilled life of surfing and playing music in their home town Cape Town.

All that really did change when they decided to record an album. Not having a record deal or much money, they simply locked themselves in a bedroom...with a double bass, a saxophone and a couple of synths, recording their debut Caught In The Loop on their own. A charming dance record that received massive support from the international dance music scene, desperate for something fresh and new. Pete Tong even called it his Ibiza Poolside Album of the Summer.

The two guys quickly found themselves maintaining gruelling international tour schedule that saw them play sold-out shows from Amsterdam to Miami, from the Sydney Opera House to Sao Paulo, in-between still finding time to mix the covermount CD for DJ mag international, garnering a record-breaking 8 SAMA nominations, numerous number ones radio at home, as well as performances at Glastonbury, Sensation White, Ultra Festival Miami, 46664 and Get Loaded in the Park amongst others.

They even got their hands on a residency to die for; Friday night at Ibiza super-club Pacha. Here they developed their sound further and presented it on their second album Perceptions of Pacha. As no other album, Perceptions Of Pacha captures the carefree vibe of the magical island of Ibiza, with their track Fort Knox cracking the Top 10 on the US iTunes Dance Charts. Following that up with the SAMA award-winning album Get Busy Living featuring the smash Youtube hit video We come together that garnered millions of online views for it’s hilarious and ground breaking animation work that has become a Goldfish trademark.

With props coming from everyone from Dr Dre, Sebastian Ingrosso, Pete Tong, Sander Kleinenberg, Fedde Le Grand and Faithless, watch this space. The Re-invention of the DJ has arrived.

Egokind & Ozean is the project of two Berlin-based electronic music producers and sound aesthetes. During their studies of audio design, they merged their previous band backgrounds with an in-depth knowledge for rich arrangements while establishing Egokind & Ozean into a DJ duo as well as a live act. Releasing their first album „Transition“ in 2014, they were introduced as „Berlin’s new electronic generation of producers“ (Mixmag) convincing with a „prosperous debut LP“ (Groove Mag) by creating „intricately detailed electronic hybrids“ (XLR8R) between UK-infected house, dreamy ambient soundscapes, emotional electronica and deep techno grooves.

"Anusual Unknown" derived from "Unusual Unknown," meaning extraordinarily unfamiliar or exceptional.

"Anusual Unknown" is the creation of two young men born in the heart of Berlin, who in their early twenties were inspired by the city's electronic club scene. Countless sleepless nights and hours of dancing until the early morning hours shaped their experiences. The driving, energetic beats, deep kick drums, percussion mixes, rhythmic hi-hats, and melodic sounds captivated them.

The origin and journey of techno, which came from Detroit to Berlin in the 1980s, played a crucial role in their musical development. Analog synthesizers and the boundless freedom after the fall of the Berlin Wall fostered the underground culture, with illegal raves and clubs significantly contributing to the spread of this style. Experimental locations like Kraftwerk and E-Werk were also pivotal in the 1990s.

These influences inspired them to produce tracks that explore various directions. Stay tuned for what's to come!

"Anusual Unknown" ist die Kreation von zwei jungen Männern, die im Herzen Berlins geboren wurden und sich in ihren frühen Zwanzigern von der elektronischen Clubszene der Stadt inspirieren ließen. Unzählige schlaflose Nächte und stundenlanges Tanzen bis in die Morgenstunden prägten ihre Erfahrungen. Die treibenden, energiegeladenen Beats, dumpfen Kick Drums, Percussion-Mischungen, rhythmischen Hi-Hats und melodischen Klänge fesselten sie.

Der Ursprung und die Reise des Technos, der in den 80er Jahren von Detroit nach Berlin kam, spielten eine entscheidende Rolle in ihrer musikalischen Entwicklung. Analoge Synthesizer und die Befreiung nach dem Fall der Berliner Mauer förderten die Underground-Kultur, wobei illegale Raves und Clubs maßgeblich zur Verbreitung dieses Stils beitrugen. Experimentelle Locations wie das Kraftwerk und das E-Werk prägten die Szene der 90er Jahre maßgeblich.

Diese Einflüsse inspirierten sie dazu, Tracks zu produzieren, die verschiedene Richtungen einschlagen. Bleibt gespannt auf das, was kommt!
