Following the pop-meets-R&B flavours of previous single “Don’t Forget to Breathe”, the next track to be taken from Trikk’s debut album Fauna & Flora is one for the techno heads. Reasserting his club credentials, the Portuguese producer returns to the dancefloor for a slimline yet uncompromising take on techno that nods to the LP’s green-fingered theme. “Regado” (which means “to water”) spreads itself out across three minutes, snowballs with intensity, and is as cool and dramatic as a winter’s night. Who’s ready for 2023?

With an Arp melody that grows, strengthens and energizes throughout, it's the eventual release that, in his own words, 'represents the full expression of owning your power. Bliss.'

Tapping in beautifully to the original's new wave leaning is Dust & Blood boss, Damon Jee. The French producer gives the original an 80's cinematic facelift, with a spine-tingling synth hook and powerful breakdown that bathes in neon and has us reaching for the lasers.

The Awakening:
The first blink. The first breath. The Awakening phase describes entering into life. Seeing the light reflecting for the very first time. We feel the air touching our skin for the very first time. We are getting held in arms and discover the feeling of concealment for the very first time.

Rebellious Learning:
The Rebellious Learning phase is a continuous growing process in life. We learn, we fail, we fall, we stand up. We rebel against those who teach us. We fail to accept the world as it is and we strongly believe we never will. All of these experiences constantly shape our character and transform us into unique human beings.

'Annett Gapstream is back on Artminding with her first EP. Two originals show her distinctive and characteristic musical variety drawn by vivacious DJ gigs all over Europe. Just as her international career, also her latest productions are picking up speed and reflect the constant process of heading a little further.

For the title track “Halluzination” Annett Gapstream premiered herself in the recording booth of the studio and created a dynamic, highly memorable iteration towards illusional, hallucinatory messages that wreathe the audience in a higher mental state while dancing. Surrounded by a lofty melody and very present drums the track reveals an entire new range of melodic techno creativity.

Meanwhile “Surrealism” and its warm bassline conveys a more soothing or relaxed atmosphere with lots of potential to dream away during clubby mornings.

The whole idea of this release is fulfilled by three extraordinary remixes. Amsterdam based electronic music gem Hollt, shootingstar Max von Sternberg from Vienna and Live artist Concious complete the EP with their majestic note right on top of modern electronic music production.'
