There were days when I thought the only way out was to end it all. Depression, in its twisted way, made me feel something—anything—and for a moment, that emptiness inside me felt filled. Abandoned by my parents as a child, bullied, abused, I’ve carried mental disorders and PTSD, constantly battling my mind. But I’m still here. Still breathing.

If you're feeling the same, like the darkness is swallowing you whole, know this: You are not broken. The pain, the emptiness, it doesn’t define you. You are stronger than the demons in your head.

Let it all go. Life is too short to carry that weight alone. You only live once, and you deserve to live it fully, without the chains of the past or the grip of despair holding you back. The journey won’t be easy, but it’s yours to take. You don’t have to face it alone. There are people who care, even when it feels like you’re invisible.

Every step you take, no matter how small, is a step toward healing, toward reclaiming the power over your own life. Don’t let the pain convince you that you don’t deserve better. You do. And no matter how dark it gets, remember: You are unbreakable. Keep going. Your story isn’t over yet, and there’s so much more waiting for you beyond the hurt. You are meant to shine.
