German-born and raised, with deep Nepalese roots, Merissa Mahilaa is a rising name in the electronic music scene. Her journey into music began early, shaped by her deep connection to rhythm and sound, and fueled by an innate passion for creativity. Merissa’s determination to carve her own path in music led her to pursue both DJing and music production with relentless focus. Since her debut, she has performed at some of Germany’s most iconic venues and clubs, including her residency at Tanzhaus West for the renowned "Electric Grooves" events. Her rhythmic instinct and signature style have also taken her beyond national borders, with performances on international stages that have cemented her as a truly global artist. In 2024, she expanded her creative pursuits by launching her event series, MOHINI, a platform that showcases her vision and celebrates a shared love for electronic music.
