Group of misfit citizens from San Antonio trying to make the  most relevant truth-music we can.  Inspired and influenced by all types of music, their sound is a big melting pot of genres rolled into one.  From Golden Age inspired 60's soul to modern hip-hop , rock and psychedelic -experimental funk, Danglewood likes to base their song poems on first hand experience.

A self-taught musician/singer/songwriter originally from Lake Havasu City, Arizona-- Shane performs with an array of instruments including the guitar, mandolin, harmonica, banjo and bass. With a sound akin to a combination of Death Cab for Cutie's Ben Gibbard meeting Glen Hansard and Mike Doughty for a songwriting session... Shane's material probes personal heartbreak with a surgeon's precision, displaying a wide array of styles, moods and influences, while practically littered with hooks you're sure to snag your ear on.
