'It’s time to have some fun'

Laura Loe’s fiery demeanour underlies her subtle yet powerful voice in her new single ‘Manifesto’. The past two years has been about writing, experiencing life and developing her sound to create a more sensual and mature message. Her sound encompasses raw electronic R&B beats topped with an alluring harmonic vocal. She wanted to keep her melodies simple and relatable without over complicating the production. This more developed sound is a testament to producer Matt D’Arcy from Basin Productions who has worked with Laura to create her upcoming EP that is due early 2016. The EP will centre on thoughts and ideas that have become apart of her daily life. “Live in the present and let go” is one of her mantras.   

The road to glory is a long and steady walk, but Laura is not in any rush nor is this her first rodeo! In 2012 she appeared on Channel 7’s Australia’s Got Talent and made it to the semi-finals. After gaining a little more confidence, releasing a few originals, performing around Australia and experiencing the commercial world, Laura felt she needed to hone in on who she was and how to best express it. Through travelling, soul searching and meeting many interesting people along the way, she is now ready to unleash her new material onto the world. In her own words “I don’t care how long it takes, I’m here for the journey”.
