With his easy-going demeanor and charm, TJ Blayze could easily be somebody that you know.

TJ isn't part of some A-list producer's camp. Nor does he hail from any of those famous urban music hubs like NYC, Compton or the ATL. Straight from Houston, TX, TJ proves that real talent, persistence and charisma still have a place in the music industry.

One listen to TJ's voice and you're tempted to draw comparisons: Usher,Trey Songs, and Ne-Yo. But listen a bit longer and those comparisons begin to dissipate as it becomes clear that, while TJ certainly channels the creativity of those who have come before him, he definitely has a style, a flavor and a place in music that are all his own.

When TJ says 'Whats good' or "What up MAYNE!!!" it's as if he gives new meaning, new depth and whole new feeling to the word. TJ's vocals are fresh and inviting, soulful and soaring. He wraps his emotions around each and every lyric and adds the right amount of passion, fun and swagger at just the right time.

Born in Houston on August 21, 1991, Timothy (TJ) Rose was the second youngest of five kids, raised by his single mother Jackie Williams. Mom brought up her children within the foundations of faith and family afforded by Mt. Rose Baptist Church. As early as elemetery school, TJ began entering local talent shows and performing at church fuctions with his older brothers. 

After noticing how talented his brothers were James Rose, one of TJ's older brothers, decided that they should put together a group. As you probly could tell TJ was the youngest of the brothers and was too imature for the older male group, so at age 12 his brothers kicked him out of the group. 

This only inspired the young singer/song writer to get to where his brothers denied him the chance. “I have been building my career since I was younger,” TJ explains, “because singing had always been what I wanted to do. At first I thought i wanted try and playing [professional] football, like my farther wanted me to do, to follow in his foot steps, but in the end it was all about the music. It’s my biggest passion and my biggest joy.” 

Five years passed and growing with his knowlegde and skills TJ became a better singer and writer with time. And started recording his own music right out of his home in Channelview, TX. There he produced, wrote and arranged his first mixtape title "Delemma" He only waits for his big chance to show the world what he can do.

TJ's skills are fully-loaded as not only a talented vocalist, but a versatile songwriter, a great dancer and a young businessman who has learned the intricacies of the music industry.
