Matty Boy, a native of Contra Costa County, California, experienced a turbulent upbringing that led him into the criminal underworld. Raised by parents affiliated with the notorious Hells Angels and California prison gangs, he quickly found himself immersed in a life of crime, becoming a major player in the methamphetamine trade and founder of the street gang FAIM (Family Affiliated Irish Mafia).
