After hearing about the tragic suicide of one of his friends, Jonathan Ivey wrote this song "There is Hope" as an encouragement to all who are facing darkness and trials in their lives. Jonathan says that if he had only known the darkness his friend was facing, and had foreseen that this was coming; this is what he would have said; if he had just had the chance.
