Destiny's Door stands closed in your path. Will you answer the call?

For this piece, I wanted to highlight the beauty of the original trumpet melody, while at the same time stay true to the original feeling of the Destiny's Door.

It starts with a brass choir backed by deep basses. This is followed by a more optimistic melody from the trumpet and horn. A bridge focusing on the strings helps break up the persistent march like rhythms.

You finally open the door in the last section to see that destiny waits for no man, and must be taken or forgotten.
