Jimetrix is an avid tune sommelier who loves playing all things in the realm of Psy-Tech, from groovy bush to dark and chunky. Based in Central Queensland he was introduced to the Doof scene recently at Archaic Gathering 2023 where he was hypnotised and inspired by the likes of Audible Thought, Dani Luna, Dingo Jones, Raspa and Aaron M. Since then he dove head first into the scene with no looking back, exploring every corner of the techno scene searching for some of the best tunes it has to offer.

Recently launching his own brand Fractyl Frequencies which is aimed at bringing more Doof culture to the Central Queensland scene and showcasing the amazing talent it has to offer whilst giving the local crew a space to do what they do best 🔊🔊

DJ Frog is not your average DJ. Hailing from the distant planet of Earth, Frog brings a sound that is truly out of this world.

As a tadpole, Frog was already showing signs of his exceptional musical talent. He spent hours on end composing and mixing sounds, experimenting with unconventional rhythms and melodies that he claimed were inspired by the sounds of the swamp.

When he finally emerged from the murky waters of his home planet, Frog set his sights on conquering the intergalactic music scene. Armed with his trusty turntables and an arsenal of alien instruments, he set out on a journey that would take him to some of the most exotic and dangerous corners of the galaxy.

Over the years, Frog has played in some of the most infamous space clubs and festivals, dazzling crowds with his unique blend of glitchy beats, psychedelic sounds, and infectious melodies. His music has been described as a fusion of swamp funk, space jazz, and intergalactic psy, with a touch of extraterrestrial house thrown in for good measure.

But it's not just Frog's music that sets him apart. He is also known for his eccentric style, often donning bizarre outfits and masks that make him look like a creature from another dimension. He moves behind his decks with the agility of a frog, jumping and spinning with lightning-fast precision as he unleashes his music on the crowd.
