Covering songs from Nick Drake to Gillian Welch, along with a few original Don't Tell Johnny compositions. Their music combines touching, emotional vocals and harmonies, beautiful finger picked guitar and scorching fiddle lines to evoke a range of memorable moods and feelings.

As well as working on the web I play guitar ukulele and harmonica in bands for fun and enjoy writing the odd original song for my blues and light acoustic rock band.

Milegamax is a Singer/songwriter born and bred in Bristol.... there are so many influences which have helped shape the music I create - I actively listen to all genres from country and western through to jungle, though to mention a few names I would say a large influence has come from the following artists; The Meters, Muddy Waters, Etta James, The Mills Brothers, Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Nina Simone, The Beatles, Fat Freddy's Drop, Poor Righteous Teachers, Klashnekoff, The Herbaliser, Skinnyman, Oasis, Neil Young, Elton John, Rage Against The Machine... etc..

The Music I make comes out as a mix of Blues, Soul and Reggae...
