Pradeep Dissanayaka, alias Noise Generation, is an underground music  artist, DJ, and music producer hailing from Polonnaruwa, Sri Lanka, born in 1991. Initially known as "Mr. Hero," he later embraced the moniker "Noise Generation" to represent his evolving musical style and productions.

His passion for music ignited during his formative years, prompting him to dive into music production using Acid Music in 2008. Transitioning into the DJ scene, he officially debuted in the electronic music realm in late 2015. Specializing in Progressive House, Noise Generation's sonic exploration extends to diverse genres such as Minimal Tech, Deep House, Melodic House Techno, and Nu Disco.

In 2023, Noise Generation embarked on his electronic dance music journey, focusing predominantly on Progressive House while also experimenting with subgenres like Melodic House and Afro House. His talent quickly gained recognition, leading to signings with esteemed labels including Univack Records,Superordinate Music,Balkan Connection,Soundteller Records,Consapevole Recordings,Massive Harmony Records,SLC-6 Music,Eat My Hat Music,Freegrant Music,and numerous others.

A testament to his entrepreneurial spirit, 2024 saw Noise Generation establish his own record label, "Noise in Harmony Records," reflecting his commitment to curating and promoting electronic music that resonates with harmony and innovation. With an unwavering dedication to his craft, Noise Generation continues to shape the electronic music landscape with his distinctive sound and visionary approach.

Previously hosted the monthly radio show ‘INsession’ (as Insert Name) on ProgressiveBeats Radio.
Currently hosts ‘The Monthly Selection’ (as Stu McNally) on DI.FM which is broadcast every 4th Wednesday of the month at the following times: 19:00 UK | 20:00 CET | 14:00 EST.

Over the last 24 years has played gigs up and down the country and once in Ibiza, sharing the decks/lineup with Agnelli & Nelson, Above & Beyond, Activa, Mike Koglin, Eddie Halliwell, Tall Paul, John 00 Fleming, Guy Ornadel, Judge Jules, Seb Fontaine, Genix, JFK, Marc West, Andy Bagguley, Jon Cockle, Façade, Daniel Lesden, Gai Barone, Rich Campbell, Russell G (Dylhen) Manu Riga and more. 

Came runner up in the 2004 PaSSion/Emporium DJ competition, winning a closing set at UK superclub PaSSion.

Came runner up (again in 2004) in Guy Ornadels’ Ministry Of Sound ‘Future’ competition. A couple of months later appeared alongside Filterheadz to perform a Progressive mix on Guy Ornadels' 'Future' show for MoS Radio. 

In 2024 came joint winner of Wax Formats' Vinyl only Dj competition winning a warm up slot at Wax Formats' 'Air Reunion' event for dj's Ryan Adelo, SWAP,  former Godskitchen resident AJ Gibson, and trance legends; Lange, The Thrillseekers and Airwave. 

Released 'Innerversions' on Pure Progressive and received support from Solarstone and Markus Schulz' Global DJ Broadcast Sunrise set.
