Run For The Border

One of my own that I wrote a while back, its been chopped and changed so thats why it doesnt sound very smooth, it was originally much longer but I decided to shorten it!

And remember, this is just a demo so dont be mega harsh! all the vox and main acoustic chords/picking was just 1 quick take to see how it sounded so there are imperfections here and there! Then my good friend Jonny went and recorded a quick lil solo for me to put in the middle 8!

no access to my usual recording equipment, hence the quality of this is awful, I also held back on the singing because it overloaded the mic a lot so yeah. not great really.

but yeah this song is about being dumped by someone and wanting them back so desperately that you act like a moron and beg them to take you back. to no avail.

if you see potential in this, I'll do it again properly, in the process of writing a lot more happier stuff too so watch out for that! :)
