"Toadstool Ngema" formally known as Nkululeko Ngema is a South African Music Producer/DJ. Born and raised in a small town known as Zeerust now currently JHB- based is the 1997 year born unsigned - new and by far one of the most passionate and critically acclaimed dance music producers. 

Toadstool Ngema first got bitten by a dance music bug when he was ripe age of 14. He started collecting music in 2010 (no slow songs), they were all fast. Later on, he started as a producer under a New Jersey record label "Night Scope Deep Recordings" joining forces with label head Robert Martin and producing and compiling alongside the likes of Carl Hanssen, Deep Elementz, Black Orchestra, The Shadow Factory, The Gatekeepers and more.

In 2024, finally having worked and built good relationships with _Slope114_ , a duo consisting of producer Dmitri Bronson whose face is recognized from starring and being the face of a Sony Pictures classic movie titled "Groove" from early 2000's. He works closely with partner Elise Gargalikis, both having worked with Atjazz, Demarkus Lewis, Yoruba Soul, The Layabouts and KiNK. 

Toadstool Ngema's catalog includes more features from Darryl Jordan, a United States - Michigan singer/songwriter who is heard from the song "Everyday" alongside Chicago's very own L Speaks from Illinois.

Toadstool Ngema started DJ-ing at the ripe age of 14 and remixing since 2018. 2023 is a year he built towards a discography on the biggest music platforms right now and he hopes to be received by a bigger audience that will love and connect with his work.

His trademark sounds include blending raw House elements with that UK House and bounce-style. A touch of Hip Hop inspired bass grooves, with an inclusion of live classical and orchestral sounds to give it a unique edge. 

Forthcoming in 2025, includes music releases like "Eyes" which is expected to drop under Situationism_ Records. Including remixes from label heads BRS and additionals from Julian Sanza and Groovement Inc.

Third person self written bio cliché:

Chilean born Juan Cristobal Jimenez Rojo's musical interest started very early. Michael Jackson, Beatles,  Los Prisioneros and Beethoven were his childhood heroes. His first encounter with a  DJ was in 1988, when his mother was studying in NY.  Early hip hop days, those bubbly streets of the Apple filled with electro break dance surely created an impact.
 In 1993 he moved to  Belo Horizonte, Brazil. His home for the following 17 years. During those early years in Brazil, a shy 13 year old young boy developed a passion for collecting records of all kind and became a lover of cinema. 
By performing some magic of self discipline he left school at the age of 16 and went to University to study Graphic Design. In art School, he knew he would meet the right  people to start a band, and so he did. After the band's split in 1999, Juan  began his journey "Solo", producing a few very obscure records of electro acoustic material as well as  soundtrack for both cinema and theatre.  
After that period of incredible creativity during those  early years of art school there was a hiatus of 5 years:  TCM school and little music.  Great insight of biology and Traditional Chinese  Medicine that has given his life guidance.

Juan lives in Scotland now, tomorrow never knows.
