Full chakra balance from root to crown using specialized Solfeggio harmonics in multiple octaves. Each chakra goes for 7 minutes. If you are not sure about chakras they are energetic centers in the body that associate to different frequencies and organs. These chakras can go out of balance due to situations in our daily lives, for example if someone has an emotional trauma, their heart chakra may not function fully for a while and requires healing. Below you will find a brief description of each chakra.

During the Wanderlust Festival in Oahu 2019, Amani was invited to play for 3 relaxing yoga classes taught by Amanda Giacomini. These 3 sets are each different as they were following the flow of the class in the moment and the stories that Amanda weaves into her classes. The sets feature a blend of music from the Liquid Bloom and Desert Dwellers catalog, as well as a few gems from Shamans Dream, Dead Can Dance, Ishq, Shantala, and a few other yoga inspired artists.

Deep Ambient Set #3 for 10,000 Buddhas Yoga

These sounds were recorded mostly near Dacula and Atlanta, GA. The Binaural Beats on this go from a relaxed 6hz to a morning "wake up" of 10hz.  I have also just read that 10hz was good for stimulating the brain to release serotonin and good if you may be suffering from depression. Yahoooo...Enjoy!!  

Binaural beats are a way of synchronizing your brain waves (which are measured in hertz) with the hertz of the binaural beat. The brain has a frequency following response which causes this to occur. This works best with headphones and is useful for meditation or relaxation. In this case I created three binaural beats. Each section is 10 minutes long and the beginnings are marked with the hits of the singing bowl. The tone is F# 182.3 hz.

here's a basic rundown of the brains states:

Beta - 30hz-13hz - your normal awake state, in higher ranges or above 30hz you may be experiencing stress. In this case, you gotta chill!

Alpha - 13z-8hz - a relaxed and reflective state

Theta - 8hz-4hz - a very meditative state or getting drowsy and drifting off, if your sleepy)

Delta - 4hz and below - deep sleep or a very deep meditative state. Buddhist Monk's brainwaves have been measured in this state during meditation.

IooN - Cosmic Downtempo is the multi-faceted Ambient/Psychedelic
musical form of expression of a free and barefooted soul landed from outer space in 1983.
IooN's music is a slow paced progression of soulful melodies juxtaposed with deep ambient textures and ethereal atmospheres either synthesised
and acoustic derived, to help the listeners to come in contact with their inner soul.
All is due to party experiences blended with knowloedge and curiosity about the aural medium,that’s why you will not read another “he started making music at the age of 5”.
From 2000 on, as a heavy partygoer IooN got so fascinated by the Chill Out side of events,
because this kind of music can shift your brain perception to experience a dreamy trancey state in a different way than average psytrance.
While completing his studies as a Live Audio Engineer he heard a call from within,so he started crafting his very-own form of music,a deep tribal experience, evocation of feelings.
