So I played a wonderful mini-festival / friends gathering at the most spectacular location called Marthrown of Mabie near Dumfries last Saturday.

I managed to get a late entry to play a set on Saturday night 8pm > 10pm and as an added bonus due to the weather (for once in Scotland) it was beautiful, clear blue skies and 20 odd degrees during the day so I got to play outside.

We didn’t have recording equipment with us so I recorded what I’d played at the weekend when we got home, which includes a few tracks I really wanted to play on Saturday night but stupidly forgot to convert those to MP3 as the kit I played on didn’t support FLAC’s so I wasn’t able to play them on the night.

This is the first mix I have put up for people to listen to in at least 10 years, it went down well at the weekend so I figured I should put it out there for people to (hopefully) enjoy.

Thank you so much to Jen & Kwiz for organsing the weekend and letting me play, also to all the dancers, the ace new friends I met and the people who said they really enjoyed the set on the night.
