Queens born, and South Bronx raised, young Raynell Tariq Campbell aka "Joon Jukx" had his share of rough up commings and hardships before turning to a life of music. Raised in a single parent home he found himself spiraling into the life of a gang member, facing his demons, he used these stories as fuel to ignite the spark in his music career. His stories along with his amazing lyricism made him a force to be reckoned with

I'm currently taking a (possibly permanent) hiatus from this project.  I started making beats and recording songs while in high school.  I recorded with a lot of good friends over the years.  I've gone by several aliases since starting and finally landed on Tommy Rose in 2019.  As I've grown, I've wanted to get away from listening to and making music that glorifies depression, violence, drug abuse, promiscuity, disrespecting women, materialism, and self worship, to name a few things.  I learned that glorifying low vibrational things was slowly killing me mentally and physically, and losing some friends changed my perspective entirely. I'm keeping these songs up because I still appreciate them as art, and they reflect my mental state at the time they were recorded.  If you're reading this, I hope that you do what you need to do to be happy and healthy, and I hope that my music can help you in some way. - Tommy
