Eric Lau, an international music producer and DJ based in London, composed The Waters for Making Waves Sanya (China). Lau created this theme with a pace that would work with the flow of the water. He also wanted to capture both the spirit of the water and the crew. ¨The water can be very serious but can also be very tranquil at the same time. The crew also showed a diversity and spirit that represents a lot of the modern world so I feel the elements in the music represents this fusion¨, says Lau. The flute, played by Olmo Cassibba, added life to the track and creates a subtle Chinese connection. There is also a cameo from ‘Horace’, 22 years old, the youngest crew member of he Dongfeng Race Team.

Eric Lau - The Waters

The new mini-album from Natural Sequence collective - «Live at Flat 3 Studio» - was recorded in the self-titled studio of the group Gayana. In addition, it is the first live recording of the band: now there are five of them blending neo rhythm and blues, Future soul, hip-hop and jazz using live instruments, drum machines and vintage synthesizers.
