This is probably the stupidest song I've written (lol). I kinda like it though! It's weird, people see it as fun and quirky, and I do to, but to me, I hear more....hmmm..desperation? It's a tinge bit sad too....I'm not really talking to anybody other than myself! At the end of the day, it's just a girl wanting something she's never had before....will she ever get it? We'll see! This is probably the hardest song (beat-wise and coming up with the composition wise)I've done! I was a bit afraid of releasing it. I view it as an antithesis to girlfriend in a sense! To not be boxed in, especially so quickly, you gotta diversify the art, I suppose! Thank you to everyone who has listened to this song already and my previous works! Iiiiiii forgot to upload this on here low-key lol! I'm getting old it feels, starting to lose track of things! sever the blight is a song close to my heart (you'll hear a lot about hearts in upcoming songs btw), as it was my first time working with another producer (shout out to BURNS, thank you!), and a song that tapped into a new world vocally and visually!
