As a DJ, I see myself as a storyteller, stories through the different musical genres and the emotions they awaken in you. In these difficult times we are currently living in, I am happy to speak the language that connects us all: music. And now being part of the legendary Flow Sessions is really a great honour for me. I don't think I've ever put so much work into preparing a mix. But I think the tears of pain and joy were worth it in the end ;)
In my sets I actually only play brand-new tracks. This time, however, you'll hear a mix of new titles and tracks that really moved me this summer. Some of them contain hints of my early musical influences. Join me on a journey full of joy, melancholy and confidence!

Cihan Aksoy was born on August 22, 1979, in Louviers, France, but spent most of his life in İstanbul,Turkey.
There weren't as many DJ role models when Cihan was growing up as there are now, but that didn't stop Cihan from achieving his musical goals.
He was especially interested in Dısco and Funk LPs, and always asked his friends and family for music. Luckily, his parents and friends encouraged him and that encouragement drove him to excel.
By the time he finished high school he was one of the well-known DJs of İstanbul and has since been playing in clubs all around Turkey and the world.
He is currently studying mixing, mastering and audio engineering at the SAE Institute and encourages young people to study music and learn the art of mixing.
His life also sets an example and encourages us to follow our dreams, no matter how big they are!

Greco-German Vamparela and Brax Moody of unstoppable DJ and producer duo and couple Local Suicide do not believe in half measures when it comes to their music. In addition to maintaining careers in the music industry, and putting on some of the most infamous underground parties Berlin has to offer, these two are still finding time to make waves with their productions and drive live audiences into a frenzy not just in their chosen hometown of Berlin but across all four corners of the world. A wild fusion of new wave, acid, slow techno, EBM and dark disco is what defines the signature Local Suicide sound, and these propulsive grooves have recently been woven into releases with the likes of influential artists such as Rodion, Mijo, Theus Mago and Curses, winning them overwhelming support across the board from the music press and prolific DJs. 2022 marked the next stepping stone on their journey to worldwide cobra wave and technodisco takeover with their debut album "Eros Anikate" on their own label Iptamenos Discos and a series of Remixes 12"s. 2023 holds a lot of promise in store for this dynamic duo with a series of EPs, tracks in compilations and remixes and a busy schedule with Dj gigs as Local Suicide and live shows with their new band project with Kalipo called Dina Summer.

This is the full recording of my set at the mighty Alchemy Circle stage at BOOM Festival 2025 — the most beautiful and craziest playground on earth.

Personally, it was one of the highlights and milestones of my life. Not just because it was one of the most inspiring gigs I've ever played, but also because I felt truly honored to share this magical stage with some of the greatest legends of Psytechno, Peaktime and Psytrance. Experiencing the festival and being part of this very special cosmos was truly unforgettable.
The set took place on Saturday morning into the midday hours, building up gradually and capturing the unique energy of the festival as it awakened.

Definition presents his own creations once again to Definition:music in the form of the stunning 4 track „Progession LP“. Living up to his reputation, the tracks are as engaging as they are addictive and always pushing the envelopes. 

Opening the show on a warm note; „Come Down feat Liu Bei“ delicately teases us as it blooms into a massive blend of smooth synths and titillating percussion. Midway through weíre treated to an elegantly coordinated break-beat, adding a special touch and unfolding a new dimension to the track. 

The title track is up now. Definition projects an electric landscape in which we ride through the night on a steel horse made of pure electricity toward the peak-time rush and unearth ëProgressioní. A solid track throughout, from the first deliberate kick, to the delicate break and beyond. 

„Janus“ brings thick and gritty bass stabs to a driving tech house groove, creating a blend of deep, dark realms with a hot and steamy pressure. Easing into warmer waters, 

2Caught Out“ is vocally supported or rather enriched through the voice of Peter Joseph. A smooth and cuddly but packing groove that pushes straight into your brain never to release you after listening to it for the first time. This track produces happiness, peace and a good dose of bliss my friends! 

„Without Any Doubt“ slowly rises from nothing and transforms itself into a beast of beautiful orchestra of chords and harps. 

Finally, one last vocal track to bring closure to the LP. „This Mystery feat. Jinadu“ is a power ballad that delivers on all fronts and spreads a warm glow with a solid groove.
