A mix inspired by the sounds and samples of Daft Punk.  This mix features many tracks that Daft Punk sampled on their past albums.  Many of these songs were actually sampled by Daft Punk, some are just songs that inspired their sounds.  I mixed the originals with parts of the Daft Punk tracks throughout the mix.

Remixed Analog Memories

Jordan Lee began his love affair with turntablism at a very young age. At 16 he received a mixer from his uncle and a turntable from his parents for Christmas. From that day forward he was scratching records every single day. Already an experienced performer in jazz, rock and reggae music, Jordan’s ability to make turntables come to life was quickly honed and sharpened over the years leading up to high school graduation.
Jordan moved to Milwaukee Wisconsin in 1999, where he began a turntablism club at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.  There he met lifelong friends who he would go on to make music with to this day.  Performing across the nation with hip-hop and jazz groups, allowed Jordan to further advance his turntable skills.
Jordan Lee currently performs in the acid jazz trio KASE and experimental instrumental ensemble Zoni Michell.
