His music uniquely infuses hip hop, funk, dub, rock, folk, and electronics rooted with deep bass grooves, dusty drums and experimental construction. He frequently collaborates with a vast array of talented guest MC's, singers and musicians. 

The name, LMNtlyst
(pronounced Elementalist), was given to him because of the hundreds of elements he would incorporate into his songs. Though his tracks are mainly loop-based, the sound is known to have a live band/organic feel since most of the instrumentation on his records are performed by himself. Guitar, bass, melodica, percussion, xylophone, keyboard and cello are just a sampling of the many instruments he plays. Creating flashes of multiple genres from multiple instruments, his music has no boundaries.

Jordan Lee began his love affair with turntablism at a very young age. At 16 he received a mixer from his uncle and a turntable from his parents for Christmas. From that day forward he was scratching records every single day. Already an experienced performer in jazz, rock and reggae music, Jordan’s ability to make turntables come to life was quickly honed and sharpened over the years leading up to high school graduation.
Jordan moved to Milwaukee Wisconsin in 1999, where he began a turntablism club at the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.  There he met lifelong friends who he would go on to make music with to this day.  Performing across the nation with hip-hop and jazz groups, allowed Jordan to further advance his turntable skills.
Jordan Lee currently performs in the acid jazz trio KASE and experimental instrumental ensemble Zoni Michell.
