Three 6 Mafia founding member <a href="http://www.redbullmusicacademy.com/magazine/gangsta-boo-interview">Gangsta Boo</a> and Barcelona-based RBMA grad <a href="http://www.redbullmusicacademy.com/people/sinjin-hawke">Sinjin Hawke</a> team up for the likely / unlikely collaboration "Yea Hoe." The track succeeds in translating the bare-boned Memphis sound into a club-ready hi-fi hurrah. 

Built on gloomy vocal wails and big brass, the track is paced with discipline, exploding into a spectacular slice of low-slung orchestral crunk, before giving anyone a chance to take their elbows back down.

Electronic producer Flako resides in London and has previously called Berlin and Chile home, but the lead track from his forthcoming Eclosure 12″ sounds as if it emerged from across the pond– specifically, from the burbling wonkiness of Los Angeles’ Flying Lotus-fronted Brainfeeder beat crew. Oftentimes, the sound that comes from Brainfeeder artists can resemble something of a locked groove, but “Honey Drips” opens up beautifully, dissolving into a soup of keyboard runs and tangled vocals. I had the honor of composing some music for the newly released Red Bull skate film that released on the web. Several people have asked what the beat is that plays during the credits...well this is it. Another unreleased joint that I thought I'd put out for the occasion. When Ta-ku recently came out to LA we had the chance to finally meet and connect after years of pure digital connection. Ta-ku by far is an individual (beyond just an artist) who we respect so much as a person aside of his great talents as a musician. In fact, Ta-ku is someone that has pure role model characteristics. Earlier this week, Ta-ku pointed out that we just reached 10K LIKES on our Facebook page and mentioned how he had started on this track that was dedicated to a man named Trey who recently passed away from cancer. Mr Carmack aka Aaron Carmack is a Hawaii-based producer blurring the distinction between Hip Hop and Dance Music in a progressive way that has even the most seasoned producers scratching their heads. His current rise to fame started with the self-released Bang, Vol 3 followed by the Life/Death EP,  which both achieved the #1 best selling album on Bandcamp consecutively. Supported by the likes of RL Grime, GTA, Plastician, Djemba Djemba, S Type, Elair Fifi as well as appearances on BBC Radio 1, Mr. Carmack's global domination has only just begun.

Jeffrees presents two brand new tracks from Mr. Carmack, "Birth Control" and "Hopscotch". "Birth Control" leads the way with twerk'd out hand claps over a jerky squeaky ass beat that shifts gear into a wavy yet compressed early 2000's Neptunesque synth line. "Hopscotch" follows that up with Mr. Carmack's own pitched up Sugarhill-like vocals over the most sloppy head knocker we've ever released.
