@alexundtony, ein dj-duo aus wiesbaden, kennen sich schon seit ihrer kindheit. seit letztem jahr sind sie auch hinter den decks gemeinsam anzutreffen und spielen gigs in frankfurt und dem rhein-main-gebiet. ihr vielschichtiger mix aus minimalistischem, deepen und groovy sound kreiert einen positiven vibe voller energie auf dem dancefloor.
als part des “keep it simple” kollektivs wirken sie bei der organisation von events im 60/40 in wiesbaden mit.

All instruments of the track were played by me. Tongue drums  a 10 inch tongue drum and a six inch tongue drum creating rhythms on them both to create like a call and response effect. With rhythm from hi and low egg shakers. A Wooden whistle blown into and controlled by a stick pulled back and forth to vary the sound. Audio recorded on my mobile of traffic passing by. Footsteps on the beach as i was walking across. With sea waves coming in and out moving shingle on the beach.

With Factory 7, I wanted to work with materials and make them audible: mainly concrete, stone and metal.

En effet, le titre évolue au fil des minutes et nous fait entendre des différences d'intensité, de timbres et de superpositions de nappes et de sons. Avec Factory 7, j'ai voulu travailler la matière et la rendre audible : le béton, la pierre et le métal  principalement.

Inspired by a walk around the beautiful Linacre Reservoirs in Derbyshire this morning, the video was shot somewhere near ///achieving.surfer.superhero and then processed and slowed down in CapCut.
The music features the sounds of a small stream where the video was recorded, ChordBud playing Decent Sampler | BSM Communication Loss | Telegraph and me using GeoShred to play SWAM Viola through Revolv.
