Joris Voorn Live at Awakenings 08.04.2012

Solomun appears as the first and primary DJ for the GTA Online Protagonists Nightclub and is resident from 24 July to 31 July 2018.

As part of the initial setup for their club, Tony Prince sends the player and English Dave to LSIA to pick up Solomun who is due to arrive on a private jet. The pilot passes out just as the plane is approaching and Solomun takes the controls and crash-lands at Sandy Shores Airfield while the player chases the jet in Tony's Schafter V12. During the course of his role, the player will engage in promoting their club with advertisements of Solomun hosting the club event, such as the large Blimp with Solomun advertising.

D.Ramirez & Mark Knight wrote some incredible collabs back in the early days of Toolroom and really set the sound and vision of the label.

This stone-cold anthem 'Colombian Soul' first landed back in 2007; fast forward 10 years to the current time of 2020 and Sllash & Doppe give this track a brand new lease of life by means of a remix!

It really is signature stuff from this duo – With those warm tribal drums and rolling groove, you can tell instantly who's responsible. Like any great remix, they’ve been respectful to the original, keeping that dominant synth throughout whilst adding their own layers of steel-pan sounds and plenty of percussion.

Sllash & Doppe really inject their personalities into their productions and DJ sets. That is more than evident here and they are now fully part of the #ToolroomFamily!

He's back on the label where it all started as we welcome newcomer Simon Kidzoo back to our Trax imprint!

His release 'Might Be Dope' marked his debut back in 2019 and it was a raucous outing that had the likes of Green Velvet and Eats Everything taking note. Fast forward a few months and Simon also went onto release on Toolroom - 'The Way I Feel' was a feel good Housey number. Reminding us all that even though he is a young, up and coming artist, he has it in his locker to take on various guises and styles when in creation mode!

'Nomad Rave' sees Kidzoo take a slightly more experimental and minimal approach to production. Driving techy grooves, layered with tribal vocal stabs and plenty of short builds to keep the energy levels up, this is another top drawer piece of work from this very talented artist!

Canard made his Toolroom debut in August 2018 with 'Gimme Some Dance' which was part of our infamous Ibiza 2018 Vol. 2 compilation.

Canard has a string of releases under his belt from Peppermint Jam, Nervous, Purple Music, Seamless, Kontor and the legendary Roger Sanchez's label, Stealth. He's back again, but this time gracing our Toolroom Trax imprint with 'Camp Fire'.

'Camp Fire' just oozes summer sunshine. With that soft vocal chant layered amongst those tribal pad sounds and crisp percussion, it's an amazing label debut! As soon as Mark Knight heard this, he knew he had to sign it!
