Mental Physix - "Yogi Tunes Sampler Mix #1" [DJ Mix]

Lets step back almost 2 years ago to when I ( Gydyr ) met the word wielding, knowledge dropping Truth Now in the jungles of Costa Rica in front of some hefty bass bins at the annual Envision festival. Truth Now and I spit a bit back and forth on a side stage one afternoon deep in the sun, along side a hand full of verbal recruits, just slaying it out loud until we had the whole place jumping up and down. Skip forward to now and we felt it necessary to slice together a upbeat tune for you all, to feed the fire. Now is our time to take back, and it might not be about fighting our way with weapons of metal, but with weapons of the mind. Today it's our time, to create our own Plan Of Attack.

He has toured the world with shows filled with a mixture of live painting, music, and spoken word poetry.
