Bonjuk Bay Stories // 01
This is the first of a series of sets I have been playing in the beautiful Bonjuk Bay, Turkey. I spent a fair amount of time in this magic land this summer, and I played long hours, that for once, I thought of recording ☺️ 
Every session is a new story unfolding, and I chose to start with the most recent one, a spontaneous sunset playtime that happened mid-August 2021.
I played this one on a Sunday,  it was actually my 3rd set there that weekend, and I had fun exploring my old collection. From atmospheric sounds to groovy beats, I hope you have as much fun listening to this one as I had playing it 🌅

I am very happy to share the recording of my set in Dream of Utopia 2021! I played on Thursday night, surrounded by many familiar faces, the energy was incredible and it was, really, too much fun!

I felt like sharing this session recorded in July in the Bay, infusing a little warmth to those cold winter days.
It was Bayram holiday in Turkey, the weather was hot but so nice, and as always, magic people around 🌀

It's been a long season in Dubai, and it is coming to an end.
Time to fly towards new adventures!
I played a lot these past weeks, and I wanted to share this special one before I go, recorded recently at Moe's on the 5th. I shared the stage with my dear Britta Arnold that night, and as always, it was full power music until the end.

Probably one of my best experiences as a Dj ✨
Couldn't wait to share it with you, enjoy!
This is the first set I played on that day, this one daytime at the Rakete Open Air, first of the season in Zurich, main stage, it rained at some point but only made the energy on the floor more electric, was too much fun, what a ride 🚀

I'm excited to share with you a part of the set I played at Le Grande SaSoMo Bar25 weekend earlier this June.
It was a Monday afternoon at the legendary Hopper floor, I can safely say that this 5 hours - sweaty - journey felt like magic as always at Kater Blau. What a weekend, anchored in my memory as one of my highlights of this year ✨💕

We’re starting the New Year with an amazingly versatile musical talent. Growing up in an environment of classical music and jazz, Joséphine de Retour absolved her education at the French Conservatoire and became a professional Pop and RnB artist.  

Few years later, when she discovered the House and Techno scene, she exchanged her mics with DJ equipment and her passion for electronic music was revealed. 

After spending some time in Beirut, Joséphine de Retour found Dubai as her new hometown. This is also where she co-launched an new party series, Deep Like, where she is one of the resident djs on rotation with her favorite international artists as long as being the creative director. 

We’re happy to have you on board, Joséphine, and we are totally addicted to your delicious Frostbite!

So happy to finally upload the first part of the set I played on Monday afternoon at Heinz Hopper floor ! Closing KaterBlau was a crazy thing to do and I have to say that the vibe that day was top notch <3
Unfortunately we had a little recording problem so I don't have the complete 5 hours set and a big chunk is missing...

As a stubborn optimistic and music hunter, and always looking forward to the next step, she’s been leading Deep Like’s musical and artistic direction while evolving as a resident, and now cross-borders DJ.
She mixes and matches genres as she pleases, transporting the listeners to hypnotic and groovy journeys, with each attendee following her intricate storylines. 
From Dubai she’s now regularly flying to play in Germany (KaterBlau, Ritter Butzke) Switzerland (Hive Zurich), Turkey, Bahrain, and much more to come.

Born in South of France, now Dubai based Josephine de Retour
is an artist that never settles for the standard.
A lifelong passenger of a vibrant musical journey which has
travelled instinctively through Classical, Jazz & Pop , Josephine
soon found herself commanding the booths of sweaty basements
and abandoned warehouse spaces, with her passion for House
and Techno blossoming selection by selection.

The hippie-est of the crew, often seen floating from festival to
festival, soundscape to soundscape, she's a stubborn optimistic
and a music hunter.
Always looking forward to the next step, she is known to all as
the creative owl of the bunch, heading up Deep Like’s musical
and artistic direction. Born in her restless mind, Deep Like is a
reflection of her colourful personality and her spotted talent when
it comes to finding up and coming artists, leading the floor and its
dancers in lock step.

Sometimes dramatic, sometimes dreamy Josephine’s sets
transport her crowds to hypnotic journeys, with each attendee
following her intricate storylines track for track with a sense of
enchantment and intrigue. Eyes closed, hands up, with that magic
