Hey i’m josestackzzz or josestackzzz. My name is Jose Mejia and as i’m writing this i’m 15 years old Guatemalan but born in the USA. I’m writing this little backstory about me to explain why and how i started making my music! Let’s go watch back to 2022… During 2022 there was this day where i went to go visit my cousin @edu.choo. On that day we hung out and talked like we usually do. We eventually got bored so i thought of the bright idea to make a song a hip hop rap song to be exact… We find a yeat x carti beat since they were popping off like crazy that year and then we hop on sound trap then started thinking of lyrics. We had no good lyrics in mind so we decided to just rap straight bull shit and slurs. (lol)
We ended of the night finishing a song called Backatit! it’s still up on my sound cloud to this day! 2023 comes and we make another song called backatitagain! and yet again it was bad but somehow we made a music video good luck trying to find that video! After all this, this sums up my introduction to music. Fast forward 2023 i drop no music other than a Junior H  cover to no cap. During this time i was in a relationship with someone and i had the bright idea to make a new song with a little help from my “friend” at that time.
Little did i know that making this song would bring a little bit of backlash. The song begins in the works two days before i got into my first devastating heartbreak with my partner. Lyrics were already written down by the help of my “friend” and i started singing what came out to be “CRIMINAL.” This song dropped at the worst time possible because people were starting rumors saying it was about my ex and stuff like that when that was never the case… This song “CRIMINAL.” Was inspired by my favorite artist blackbear (Matthew Tyler Musto) and that’s it nothing to do with my ex… A month passed by (we’re in february 2024) since that song dropped and then i officially opened up my spotify apple music and so on accounts! With these accounts verified and open i went ahead to drop “CRIMINAL.” On those platforms! Plus a new song called (Lambo Swerve with christian harris) a little rap song that’s under the name of josestackzzz. fast forward to june of 2024. I’ve made an album with a bunch of songs i can’t speak on to be honest let’s say i only had 3 or 5 original songs on the album out of 20 songs… That album was titled “Enjoy Summer” as it dropped on the day me and the school went out on summer break. During this time i was in a whole new relationship with the person who wrote “CRIMINAL.” With me… (That relationship was perfect to me till it wasn’t) We broke up and i was full of memories of me and her and this led me to writing 13 song and releasing a whole new album titled “Nobody lovers girl” I had this album dropping on November 13 but a month later unreleased cause it did not doing good to me and released a revamped ep with fives songs reworked on and i let the original album be a soundcloud exclusive. As of this time all of these songs were recorded on a cheap mic and chrome book. After this Album/Ep were here now in January 2025 i’m finally finishing an EP that has 5 tracks called Lover Boy and would be dropping on February 14. This Ep i went all out on Still on my Cheapy mic but a new laptop and sang my lyrics on how i felt about these two hurtful relationships.

To sum this up i am a guatemalan boy who didn’t take music seriously at first but after two failed relationships that i believe real hard in i took music more seriously and the rest is my history being made under my independent record label stackzzzrecords.
