Here is my version of the 'This Morning' theme which I did for my Studio assignment.

This Morning Theme

'Sidewalk Cruise' is a funky piece I wrote at the beginning of this year. The piece was performed by Cardiff University Jazz Orchestra during a rehearsal and it was only recorded from 2 overhead mics so not everything is perfect but should give you a good idea of how it sounds!

The Tramps, 'Disco Inferno' cover I did for my studio project this year. Most Instruments are recorded with a little help from midi sounds and synthesisers.

Skyfall Hotel

For symphony orchestra. Pivotal is intended to be a metaphor to demonstrate that despite distractions in life, if one truly focuses their efforts toward an aspiration one will achieve that goal. Irrespective of our own personal lives and situations, pivotal moments come in all shapes and sizes, some good, some bad, all of which having a long-lasting effect. This circa 22 minute work for orchestra is derived from three integral ideas ranging from just one rhythmic cell and motif, meaning the organic recurrence of new themes provides a sense of familiarity and coherence, even though they have not yet been heard in their entirety.
