Techno going into new year! 2017-2018

Hello there,
just wanted to drop this off here for you in return of all the amazing support you have all given me. 

This song really doesn't make any sense. I had too much fun with it.
i picked up my guitar and let the "Rage Against The Machine" in me go wild. 
I even recorded myself screaming "EVERYBODY RAGE" right before the rock drop. Then i got a bit melodic, followed by a funky bounce drop! Manipulating a sample i recorded on my iphone using my voice, i wanted to give the lead in the drop a really rough and fat sound. And it almost sounds like a fart. but it still pretty fat haha. then i even got tricky with the "Booty in your face" vocal. Towards the end of the 2nd "verse" you can hear i started using the vocal sample with more of a harmonizing affect, and hitting 3 notes at a time. even tho the higher notes make the sample go faster, i made sure it worked! 

So yea! This one is all over the place. no specific theme.
oh! and i screwed up and didn't realize i was at 127bpm.
sooo yea! thats the bpm, sorry!

In the summer of 2013, Above & Beyond performed some of their best-loved songs acoustically as part of a 15-piece band, across four sold out shows at London's famous Porchester Hall which formed the basis of the "Above & Beyond Acoustic" studio album. The album was recorded in the spring and summer of 2013 and features a 24-piece orchestra.

"The acoustic project is a reconnection with the musicians that we were before we met", said Above & Beyond's Tony McGuinness. "The songs have been on an interesting journey to get here because we tend to write in a fairly acoustic way anyway. We don't just stick a bit of vocal over a dance track - that's not how we work. We try to start with a song and it's usually only later down the line that we take certain elements from that song and progress them into a more dancefloor-friendly version".

With Above & Beyond "Acoustic", the group are putting aside their CDJs and lighting rigs to showcase their deeply-rooted musicianship and classical training. A band first and foremost, Above & Beyond are songwriters as much as they are DJs. Working with three singers, a string quartet, harpist, drummer and bassist, Above & Beyond are pushing the boundaries of dance music. Tony McGuinness sings and plays guitar, mandolin and ukulele, Paavo Siljamäki plays the grand piano and cello, and Jono Grant plays the Rhodes piano, guitar and vibraphone.

Hey guys, hope everyone is having an amazing summer so far!! We've been feeling really good vibes lately and wanted to do something fresh and different, something chill and relaxing, for the beach or driving in the car with the top down =) . We've always loved the original Above & Beyond "Good for Me" tune and decided to do our own take on it for fun to reflect the way we feel at the moment and share with you all. We tried to fuse some of our favorite genres into one and this is what we ended up with, a hybrid of all sorts. Close your eyes, turn this up and let it take you away! Hope you guys enjoy this one as much as we did creating it and stay tuned for more new songs on the way!
