BeXta’s career has been a unique and integral contribution to Australian dance music history. BeXta is recognized as Australia's first female dj. Starting in 1993, BeXta played her first live show to 3000 people.
She soon moved to Sydney and began releasing thru Sony, and touring nationally as a live act, and a dj. She was also signed to UK label Recover and released "One for the Road" including an Andy Farley remix, which was in the BBC 1 anthem list for 2001. She has released to date 16 singles, one Skirmish Live EP, one album which hit No8 in the ARIA Indy charts, and 12 Mixology compilations. She has just released, and is touring "Central Energy" with PeeWee Ferris and Showtek. BeXta is also in the studio producing some more tunes, and working towards her second album for release in 2010. Unlike other dj's, BeXta engineers and produces all her own music in her own studio in Melbourne.
Her dj and live show career highlights include tour support for internationals like Prodigy, Underworld, Fat Boy Slim, Carl Cox, and countless more, more Big Day Out's that any other act, and headlining events such as Utopia, Slinky, Gods Kitchen, Gatecrasher, Transmission and Kiss My Grass, her biggest crowd being 14,000 people. BeXta has residencies in most cities around the country, and is on the road touring most weeks of the year. She has played extensively through out Oz, and also New Zealand, Canada, Indonesia, the UK and Asia.
BeXta has done remixes of Vanessa Amarossi, ACDC, Icehouse, Wavestorm and recently completed remixes of Yakooza "Cocaine" and the Chicane hit "Don't Give Up" reworked by Chris Kaye. BeXta is currently remixing Lisa Lashes and Anne Savage and is about to start remixing for Alex Kidd, and Southend. She also has her own record label "Mixology Digital", and started Australian Shuffler - doing online Shuffle comps and SHFL events around the country. BeXta's Mixology radio show is broadcast on multiple stations around the world including Slinky where she is the only Australian dj with a weekly show.
This woman of dance stands out as a great contributor to Australian dance, and is on her way to ensuring her international mark is just as bold.

Argy biography 

Hailing from South Wales, Argy UK is a DJ and producer that has honed his sound organically and with integrity over almost two decades. 

Influenced by the cross-genre greats and turntablist heroes, Argy’s style is unique in both energy and technical wizardary. 

After being hailed as one to watch through BBC Radio One’s ‘In New DJs We Trust’, Argy rapidly advanced through the UK techno and harder dance scene as well as gaining recognition across European stages, including Tomorrowland and Defqon 1.

Today Argy is a growing, evolving organism of an artist, hell bent on retaining individuality and pushing boundaries. 

There aren’t many DJs that can balance technical prowess alongside a performance style that is always authentic, and enthralling every time. 

As a master of mash-ups, he blends exclusive edits with pinpoint accuracy, with technical trickery and intelligent effects. 

He thrives on creating unforgettable sets that are defined by experience rather than genre.

Argy is excelling as a producer, with EPs released on Autektone (T78) and Kneaded Pains (Dense & Pika)

His productive style sets him apart yet again. His tracks are intelligent and are diverse in style, which is proving impact on dancefloors globally and support through some of the biggest hitters in techno and beyond.

Mike’s knowledge, professionalism, industry experience & passion for his craft, have ensured his respectable reputation within the music industry. His career & diverse skill-set vary from; DJ/producer (DJ eM), promoter, AV technician & audio engineer, as well as music technology sales consultant. His primary areas of specialty are; PA & live sound, studio equipment, sound design & professional audio solutions. 

His humble beginnings date back over 20 years, operating his own mobile DJ business & booking parties on a weekly basis. From these early gigs he was able to glean valuable experience, discovering new genres of music and honing that tricky knack of reading & entertaining a crowd. As soon as he turned 18, he found himself playing in venues throughout Melbourne, his love of dance music taking him from the mobile scene to the clubs.


Constantly moving onwards & upwards, he’s had the privilege of both playing & headlining some of Australia’s biggest dance parties alongside some of the biggest hard dance acts in the world. This natural progression saw Mike producing his own music as well, creating multiple chart topping tracks on some of the biggest global dance music distribution sites. 


In his spare time, you can find him both working & tutoring in his studio, aptly named “Bass Empire”, providing specialist services in DJ/production tuition & professional audio mastering for various local & international artists & labels within the industry.
