Alex Acosta Zepeda IS Skarred Kage  with an eclectic  influential background in music ranging from the early days of  Death Metal to the darkest of Trap music to the thundering bass of heavy Dubstep and even Dance music he is an artist not to be overlooked.
His musical studies include composition at UNLV and and even from a musical prodigy of Jazz heavyweight Joe Pass named Dave Smith.
As currently stated Alex has a wide range of influences and musical tastes which have influenced his music. His sounds within his project Skarred Kage can be dark and foreboding trap music like shown in the track Thoughts Of Murder all the  way to completely uplifting in spirit as displayed in his song Glory.
Alex of Skarred Kage has held his ranking in Reverbnation in the top three in NV over a period of years and is not dropping anytime soon. He has also received much praise  in the Las Vegas nightlife scene gigging in several of Las Vegas' finest of the LGBT scene.
Always musically competitive he is currently working  daily on new tracks to be submitted in Skio Music and Metapop.
