'J R' or Joseph, is an American Talent Manager and Businessman. Currently representing an array of talented singers,actors and models. 

Born on January 3rd 1993, Joe was born in Sophia Bulgaria and was adopted to a musical Family on April 15, 1997. He was brought over to the United states and was raised in Portland, Oregon
