About My Dreams opens the EP in true 'A Side' fashion with a very strong summer hook. Tested many times by none other than Matador himself, it’s a real festival weapon. The break creates just a moment of breath and inspiration, before the energy kicks back to skyrocketing highs.

Flowers Of Evil is a perfect example of sophisticated electronic music in 2022 with complex chords and harmonising counter melodies. It's a song that can talk about love, and shines on the dance floor.

Stephan’s offering of these hugely atmospheric, peak-time rollers is superb. This is classy music that makes an indelible mark.'

Anjunadeep warmly welcomes acclaimed French-Canadian producer and live act CRi (aka Christophe Dubé) back for stellar upcoming single ‘Losing My Mind’ featuring longtime collaborator and compatriot Jesse Mac Cormack.

Keeping to CRi’s characteristic sound, ‘Losing My Mind’ combines the euphoric builds and releases of dance with a catchy pop sensibility. Melancholic but defiant, Mac Cormack's vocals are the perfect accompaniment as he sings of the disillusionment of heartbreak; "Every day that goes by / Is burning your wings to the ground”.

‘Losing My Mind' follows CRi’s infectious 2022 hit ’Something About’, which in less than a year has accrued almost 6 million Spotify streams and garnered support from tastemaker stations BBC Radio 1, KCRW, KEXP, Slam! and Beat 100. A household name in Canada’s electronic scene, CRi has increased his international prominence after the release of his 2020 debut LP ‘Juvenile’ and subsequent nomination for Electronic Album of the Year at Canada's The JUNO Awards 2021, as well as being the first electronic act to ever headline Montreal Jazz Festival.

2023 is set to be a huge year for CRi, as he gears up to make some big announcements alongside already announced appearances at iconic venues such as Red Rocks and The Gorge.

Cécille Records celebrates its fiftieth release with label head Nick Curly’s forthcoming ‘Altrip’ EP
From running his imprint 8Bit to curating his ‘Trust’ events which he's taken from Sonus Festival to Watergate, Cécille Records’ co-founder Nick Curly (who runs Cécille with Marc Scholl) is helping celebrate its milestone fiftieth release with his ‘Altrip’ EP. Unveiling two new tracks and a rework from Manda Moor known for her Paradise residency, and reaching number one on Beatport’s top 100 release chart with her Hot Creations ‘Picante’ EP, it marks a historic moment for the Mannheim-based label.
With chunky sub-bass complimented by its punchy drum programming, the title-track ‘Altrip’ starts the EP, while ‘It’s You And Me’ keeps the same pounding energy, with rolling note arpeggios and scuttling percussion moving through its mix. Then Manda Moor’s ‘Burning Remix’ of ‘Altrip’ injects her high-octane sounds into the original with ravey stabs, pan drums and diced vocal samples.
In the last quarter of the year, Cécille Records is relaunching its event series in collaboration with Peoples Agency, and two official dates have emerged which will mark its start. Alongside Nick Curly, artists like Sidney Charles, Manda Moor, Leon, Dennis Quin, Fabe, and many more will be joining them, launching at a 2000-capacity Groove Fest London-owned tent, as well as at ADE with the promoter Hush at Melkweg Club in Amsterdam.
