Detlaff is a Brisbane-based DJ & producer delivering high-energy sets that span from Tech, Bass, and Hard House to heavy-hitting Drum & Bass. After winning Your Shot QLD 2024, he quickly made his mark with residencies at both The Met and Enigma Nighclub.

Detlaff has supported major acts like PNAU and Tobiahs, featured on CADA Radio Australia, and is set to fly overseas for an international festival set as part of his Your Shot prize. Whether on club mainstages or intimate outdoor events, Detlaff’s sets are built to move crowds— and immerse audiences in the music.

This melodic mischief-maker doesn’t just play techno – he wields it like a serotonin sabre, honed to cut through the chains that bind, and unleash the joyous animal that lies within us all. Well known for harmonically weaving techno, progressive trance, and vocals together into euphoric, emotionally charged journeys with just the right amount of bite.

Riff is a proud resident of Brisbane queer and kink nightlife staples BootCo, Lab, and Paw’d, a recurring menace at Aussie queer institute Barba, and has even taken his sound international, uniting people in dancefloor and darkroom ecstasy at Darklands festival in Europe.
