S.A.M (Sensory Altering Music) is the alias of Cape Town based artist Sam Schneiderman. He immersed himself in the Cape Town club scene from a very early age and found himself drawn to the deeper and cerebral sounds of electronic music. His music transcends genre, with depth and atmosphere being the glue that holds everything together.

S.A.M has made regular appearances across the Modular precinct for Vault, Mass, Killer Robot Xylem and Elevation nights. He has also played at successful events and festivals namely Hot Boxed, Just Between Us, Impulse and TML Festival.

He is the Co-founder of the @nocturn.za collective, pushing their sound at club and event nights in the mother city.
