August Outsiders' contribution by Jakarta-based Dekadenz Records, inviting BAUR, new project of Indonesian music producer Aditya Permana. The band is defined through its
raw, primitive sound, heavily inspired by the home tape recording culture of the late 1980s.
BAUR's music frequently contains fragments of TV and radio news, containing a collage of
social and political commentary that leans toward a satirical and cynical context. Reflecting
upon the chaotic and polluted environment of Jakarta, BAUR’s long play format often
narrates a reality that is gritty and apocalyptic but also containing melancholy and hope.

Dominik André is known for his eclectic selection of music with different energy levels and for creating deep and transcendent as well as ecstatic moments on the dance floor. With almost 10 years of experience, a clear musical vision has progressively crystallised, drawing on past knowledge and translating it to the dancefloors of clubs and festivals.

Besides DJing, Dominik André has a reputation for learning about and documenting electronic music and its scenes as a journalist and publicist. He takes care of the creative and administrative direction of his label Subject To Restrictions Discs. With more than 20 releases and many more to come, the label has established itself as a place for 80s and 90s-influenced music with a cosmic touch and cross-genre aspirations.

The first of three fundraiser compilations to raise money for aid in Gaza, organised by Netherlands (via London) based artist, Birds is to be released on 30/10/23, with volumes 2 and 3 to follow just days apart. Volume one features tracks from European and Palestinian artists DJ Blech, Sarv, Gamma Intel, Adnan Khadra and the label head herself.
