Intellectual Property
Ownership of Content
All musical works, compositions, recordings, sound recordings, and any other original content (collectively, "Content") uploaded, posted, or made available by Joshua Alenza on www.soundcloud.com/joshuaalenzamuzik (the "Site") remain the exclusive intellectual property of Joshua Alenza, the creator and owner of such Content. Joshua Alenza retains all rights, titles, and interests in and to the Content, including any and all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Content.

Grant of License to SoundCloud
By uploading or posting Content on the Site, you grant Joshua Alenza (the owner) a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, revocable license to stream, display, and share the Content through the Site for the purposes of promoting and showcasing your works to the public. This license does not grant any rights to download, redistribute, modify, or sublicense the Content to any third parties except as specifically permitted by Joshua Alenza.

Limitations on Use of Content
Joshua Alenza prohibits any unauthorized copying, modification, reproduction, distribution, public display, or exploitation of the Content without the express written permission of the Content owner. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joshua Alenza, its affiliates, and its employees, from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from any breach of the representations and warranties made in this clause, including but not limited to any claims of third-party intellectual property infringement related to the Content.

Removal of Content
Joshua Alenza reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any Content from the Site that is deemed to violate the intellectual property rights of others, or that is otherwise illegal, offensive, or in violation of any applicable terms of service. Joshua Alenza may also request the removal of infringing Content by third parties.

No Transfer of Rights
Nothing in this agreement or in the use of the Site shall be construed as transferring any ownership or rights in the Content to SoundCloud or any other platform. Any license granted herein is strictly for the purpose of displaying the Content on the Site and is revocable at any time by Joshua Alenza.

Third-Party Services and Licenses
If you choose to use any third-party services or platforms in connection with your Content, such as collaborations or external distribution, you are responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and complying with the terms of those third-party services. Joshua Alenza is not responsible for any third-party agreements or the protection of Content outside of this Site.
