Richard West, known as Mr. C, is an English house music DJ, producer and rapper. The resident DJ at the early acid house "RIP" nights at Clink Street, London, co-owner/co-founder of London's The End nightclub, frontman for The Shamen during their most commercially successful era and Superfreq label co-owner plays a great acid house set for Set For Love Xmas Appeal campaign.

The Set For Love Xmas Appeal was launched on World Children’s Day 20th November and runs until 31st December. DJ’s of all levels are invited to get involved by sharing a set or hosting an event to help raise funds for children and families in need in developing countries. Funds raised will give the gift of education and training for children as well as feeding hungry families at Xmas and much more. When do you know you’ve made it as a DJ? DJ Minx shows us there isn’t one right answer, and that success might not just hit you one day. The Detroit native has ebbed and flowed with her career in a very non-linear fashion. Despite being a staple in the dance music scene for over three decades now, Minx didn’t fully commit herself to music full-time until just a couple years ago, a stark reminder that success can come at any point. With an exciting year coming up, including the release of a lot of new music, as well her own stage takeover at Detroit’s Movement Festival this May, Minx is poised to have her best year ever.
