Norwegian band Lakeshouse are back with a second taster of future disco from their forthcoming album. 

Renate's Dans is a leftfield wobbler with elements of Italo, techno, house, classical and pop for a slice of dance floor dynamite. An elastic arpeggiated bass, popping 303, descending synths and strings, plus a large dose of Norwegian wonkiness over impeccable production make this a fresh take on modern disco.

Crazy P's Hot Toddy brings the heat with a heads down, deep peak time banger that strips back the bass, adds bubbling arps, jacking drums and a dynamic use of the chord progression to take it onto the main floor.

Underground Norwegian hero Martin Horntveth aka Gouldian Finch, best known for Jaga Jazzist goes on a trip to outer space. Free jazz, techno and ambient are all cooked up into a stew of electronic psychedelia unlike anything else.

Aptly, if it wasn’t going to be label boss Eddie Leader, Curtis is the natural choice — having contributed more tracks across more releases than any other artist in the label’s history.
Across ten tracks, Iron Curtis delivers a journey that moves between deep house, ambient textures, and eclectic grooves, flowing effortlessly from club-ready jams to home listening moments. The warm ‘Speak to Me Baby (Ambient Mix)’ opens proceedings before the synthy, Berlin-tinged ‘1Up’ sets an understated groove. ‘Roxy’ and the title track ‘Dial Me In’ bring rich chords and deep house warmth, while lead single ‘Troubles’ delivers a hypnotic, low-slung sway. ‘Tensione’ strips things back with bass-heavy, breakbeat energy, and ‘Bodycode’ rides a beautifully deep house pulse. Co-founder of the French label Ondulé Recordings, Joss is also known as one of the most active artists on Robsoul recordings on which he has released top notch releases as his well-known series of "Rooms".

His musical experiments brought him to elaborate a particular sound and atmosphere that can be perceived in each and every set and production he does: funky enough to make it into Jackin’ house sets, hard enough to wrap around some tech, and groovy enough for those soulful types to grab on for dear life.
