Im ersten Anlauf unseres Formats „Showcase“ liefert euch Josua housige Breakbeats und 4/4 Acid-Hymnen. Sein Sound siedelt sich dort an, wo entspanntes Kopfnicken irgendwann zum eingespielten Tanzen wird. Ein gewisses Genre dabei zu bedienen hat für ihn nicht die größte Priorität. Josua will den richtigen Sound für das Publikum ausloten und richtet seine Tracks ganz danach aus.

For the first episode of our format "showcase" Josua delivers housy Breakbeats and 4/4 Acid-Anthems. His sound starts where you would turn a chill nod of the head to a full-on dance move. To play a certain genre is not his biggest priority, but to sound out the right sound for the right crowd.

For this episode of “something sweet something salty”, we invited Halle based DJ ”Sunscreen Serenity”. With his sound, he always tries to take you on a journey, protecting your mind from bad spirits. Besides that, he’s also known for his other alias, Josua, where he explores many different genres with a more club-driven sound. He’s very active in the local scene as a co-founder of the collective Moosgrund, which not only hosts events but also has its own show on Sphere Radio. But it doesn’t stop there; since last month, he also has a radio show on Sphere Radio called "Sunscreen Scenes." You should definitely check it out!
