Luis Masi - Joya + Mate Global Eclipse Gathering 2020

Martin is a Portland-based artist creating music and sound-reactive LED installations, and DJing with the @Temporal_sound collective.

Influenced by his experiences in San Francisco's underground, he draws from a rich background. Originally from Argentina and immersed in music and art from an early age, he explored music technology in Barcelona, absorbed the rich European cultural landscape, and found inspiration in Mexico's vibrant art traditions. His diverse journey shapes his innovative fusion of technology and the arts.

The only thing you need to say in the camp when you come, people will understand you. What does it mean? It comes from our ancestors, when people were having a good time and they ask you, all they said was “I’m joya” that translates that in english to jewel, meaning you’re in a jewel special place.
